Job Description
Mojec International Limited is seeking a Company Secretary & Legal Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the legal department, providing legal advisory services, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Key responsibilities include managing external solicitor relationships, drafting and interpreting legal documents, and reviewing departmental expenditures.
Applicants should possess a First Degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years post-call experience, preferably in the power and energy sectors. Knowledge of international and local business law is essential. A postgraduate qualification or NBA certification is preferred.
