Job Description
The Grub Lane Restaurant, situated in the vibrant Victoria Island of Lagos, is excited to announce a vacancy for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to enhance our dynamic kitchen team. Please be aware that accommodation is not provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in food preparation
- Cooking and preparing components of high-quality dishes
- Handling the preparation of vegetables, meats, and fish
- Supporting other chefs in the kitchen
- Assisting with deliveries and restocking supplies
- Participating in stock rotation
- Maintaining cleanliness of workstations
- Contributing to food safety and sanitation standards
