Job Description
JobCanvas Career Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Broiler Farm Manager to oversee broiler farming operations in Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal production efficiency and maintain high standards of biosecurity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage farm operations and staffing.
- Ensure a minimum of seven production cycles annually with a target average bird weight of 2kg in 4.5 weeks.
- Implement and monitor farm SOPs and biosecurity measures.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Animal Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in poultry farming.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
