Job Description
Strivo Labs seeks a full-time Collections & Recovery Manager to lead loan collections and recovery operations for our Lagos-based client. You will design and implement strategies across early to late delinquency stages, oversee in-house teams and third-party partners, and monitor PAR, roll rates, and recovery metrics. The role includes improving workflows and escalation processes and ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years in collections and recovery
- Proven team management and stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of loan products and legal recovery processes
- Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset
