Job Description
Altara Credit Limited is seeking a motivated Collection and Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors and collaborating with collection agents to pursue payments effectively.
Your duties will include devising customized recovery strategies, making outbound collection calls, and reducing non-performing debts. Daily monitoring of the debt portfolio and other tasks assigned by management will also be part of your role.
If you have 0-1 year of experience in collections or recovery within a consumer finance company, possess excellent organizational skills, and are committed to meeting performance goals, we want to hear from you!
