Job Description
Flexi Microfinance Bank is on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated Collection Agents to join our vibrant team. Our office is conveniently located at 1 Allen By Toyin-Roundabout, Ikeja. We are proud to offer full-time positions with a competitive salary starting at ₦70,00 base pay, in addition to performance-related bonuses ranging from ₦50,00 to ₦80,00.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage with customers to facilitate the recovery of outstanding loan payments.
– Maintain a high standard of professional communication while adhering to company policies.
– Meet individual and team collection goals.
– Submit accurate daily reports on recovery efforts.
Requirements:
– Minimum OND/NCE qualification.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Prior experience in loan recovery, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
