Job Description

Redswitch is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Officer to join our team in Abuja (FCT). In this full-time role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, handle inquiries, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and revenue. Collaboration with internal teams and attending client meetings will be key components of this position.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry or client management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus.

Salary ranges from N150,00 to N250,00 monthly.
