Job Description

TexturesbyTEA, a division of TEASTYLES, is seeking a Client Relations Officer for our salon in Lekki, Lagos, specializing in diverse hair textures and hairstyling services. The candidate will manage customer interactions and daily operations.

Responsibilities: Booking appointments, providing excellent customer service, managing sales, overseeing stylist performance, resolving conflicts, and maintaining inventory.

Requirements: Must live on the island, possess great communication skills, proficiency in office tools, and have 2-4 years of experience in managing a salon or beauty business. A degree (OND/HND/B.Sc.) is required.

Salary: 90,00 – 100,00 Naira

Work Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM
