Job Description
Workforce Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Landlord Relations Officer or Client Relations Officer for our client. The successful candidate will engage daily with landlords to notify them of renewal intentions, manage site issues collaboratively, and maintain up-to-date records of inquiries and complaints. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting external consultants to resolve negotiation challenges. Ideal candidates should hold a HND/BSc in Social Science or a Bachelor of Law, possess excellent communication and data analysis skills, and have a strong understanding of service level management.
