Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions.
- Lead execution of company strategy for stock availability and 24/7 production.
- Maintain production efficiency and product quality.
- Develop operational policies and procedures.
- Foster continuous improvement culture.
- Establish relationships with stakeholders to align sales with production.
- Manage supply chain logistics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Drive financial goals.
- Report to the CEO.
Qualifications: 5 years in manufacturing, Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, proven leadership, proficient in SAPC tools, and excellent communication skills.
