Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief of Party to provide strategic leadership for a multi-year international development program. The COP will oversee project implementation, ensure technical quality and compliance, manage budgets and donor relations, and build and mentor high-performing teams. The role requires strong financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and proven donor reporting skills, along with the ability to perform under pressure and travel as needed.
