Job Description
The Africa Wealth Initiative (AWI) is dedicated to fostering human development by providing essential social and business services across key economic sectors in Africa. Our mission is to drive transformation through Agri-Tech and Agribusiness development. We are currently in search of a qualified Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a full-time, on-site position in Afijio. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing operations, steering strategic direction, managing financial resources, and ensuring overall organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business growth. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
