Job Description

The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture invites suitable applicants for the position of Chef De Partie at our Headquarters in Ibadan.

Contract: 3-year renewable | Location: Ibadan

Duties Include:

• Manage food ordering and minimize waste.
• Assist the Sous Chef with food preparation and ensure standards.
• Support staff during shifts to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety.
• Report and resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications: National Diploma in Hospitality or related field with 4 years of experience.

Competencies: Excellent communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and creativity.
