Job Description

Onestaff is seeking a dedicated Chef de Cuisine to join our team in a permanent position (CDI). In this role, you will organize and supervise meal production, create food plans and menus considering the guests and budget, and lead your kitchen team while contributing to staff training. You will manage supplies and stock while ensuring food safety by applying HACCP guidelines. Your focus will also involve maintaining the quality of meals and service, coordinating preparation, presentation, and distribution for efficient service.
