Job Description
Aviel Suites in Abuja is seeking a professional Chef for a 12-month full-time internship contract. The role includes accommodation, benefits, and a salary starting from ₦100,00/month.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan menus within budget and seasonal availability;
- Ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality food service;
- Oversee kitchen operations and train/coordinate staff;
- Perform stocktaking and place orders to replenish supplies;
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards; develop recipes and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements: prior experience as a working chef, proven ability to manage stocktaking and resupply, and reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Abuja.
