Job Description
CapitalSage Holdings is seeking a motivated Channels Manager for our Onboarding & Rewards team in Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate will lead user acquisition, KYC onboarding, and engagement strategies for Kolomoni, our financial platform. Key responsibilities include managing the Kolotreat rewards system, optimizing onboarding processes, and fostering user engagement through effective incentive programs.
Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in channel management, ideally within the fintech sector. A strong understanding of user metrics and hands-on experience with onboarding tools are essential.
