Job Description
Optimus Bank, a digitally-driven financial service platform, is seeking a dedicated Cash Officer for our branch in Jigawa. This full-time position will focus on optimizing cash management practices and delivering exceptional banking experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and reconciling ATM cash
- Maximizing cash efficiency in the vault
- Supervising cash sorting processes
- Maintaining precise records and registers
- Overseeing teller activities
- Providing timely and effective customer service
- Ensuring strict adherence to fraud prevention and compliance protocols
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of banking experience in Cash Management
