As a Camp Boss, you will effectively manage a team of at least 20 members to ensure the delivery of top-quality hospitality services. Responsibilities include training staff, organizing camp activities, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for campers. You will also oversee budget management and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. A minimum of an HND in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience is required, along with strong leadership, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
