Job Description
A Revolutionary Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Call Centre Officer located in Abuja (FCT).
Role Purpose: Lead call centre operations to ensure inquiries are resolved efficiently and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train the team for high-quality service.
