Job Description
Join GLOBAL PROPERTY & FACILITIES INTERNATIONAL LTD as a Call Center Representative! In this role, you will respond to requests for assistance via various channels, log inquiries, and ensure resolution meets our client’s SLA.
Your responsibilities include managing the PPM schedule, building customer relationships, and efficiently handling complaints. A candidate with 2 years of Call Center experience, fluent in French, preferably residing in Lagos Island, is desired. This permanent position offers a starting salary of ₦120,00.00 per month.
