Job Description
Maple Travel Ltd is on the lookout for a committed Business Support Officer to become a part of our team in Lekki, Lagos. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. Applicants without applicable experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with office operations and manage communications effectively.
- Address client complaints and generate reports for the CEO.
- Oversee staff performance to ensure timely task completion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HND; experience in logistics is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft and Google Suite.
