Job Description

Location: Remote (Candidates based in Africa with global experience preferred)

Employment Type: Part-time/Contract (Potential to transition to full-time)

Objective: To establish and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance systems to enhance scalability and excellence at Zain Garment Factory, Zain Stores, and Eartco Logistics.

Key Responsibilities: Create SOPs, develop customized KPI dashboards, train teams, perform performance audits, and provide strategic advice for operational growth.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in business operations, strong understanding of African markets, proficiency in Google Sheets and Asana, plus exceptional communication skills.

Compensation: ₦150,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month, negotiable based on experience.
