Job Description

Datasphir Solutions Limited is actively seeking a motivated Business Operations Management Trainee to join our Lagos team. This full-time position offers a structured trainee program that will immerse you in finance, project management, and operations, laying the groundwork for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Record and reconcile transactions using QuickBooks.
• Monitor budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and support accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Generate reports and presentations utilizing MS Office.
• Assist with vendor management and human resources tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
