Job Description
The Candid Solutions is seeking a dedicated Business Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure optimal performance. You will manage and motivate a team of tailors and administrative staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
– Oversee manufacturing, fabric sourcing, sales, and customer service.
– Manage website operations, including sales orders and pricing.
– Handle staff and customer-related issues with professionalism.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a retail or business management role within the fashion industry.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– BSc in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
