Job Description
Optiva Capital Partners is seeking a dedicated Business Manager to initiate, maintain, and deepen business relationships. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive business growth within our Port Harcourt branch.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years of managerial experience in a financial institution, and exceptional leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software is required. Strong communication skills in Igbo and English are preferred.
