Job Description

MIM FINANCE is looking for a dedicated and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team and help expand our cutting-edge salary advance solution, WageX. This position involves forging strong partnerships with organizations across Nigeria and engaging with key decision-makers, including HR Managers, CEOs, and Finance Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential partners across diverse industries.
• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate decision-makers.
• Effectively present the benefits of WageX to encourage adoption.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.

Skills Required:

• Background in B2B sales or business development within the fintech sector.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
