Job Description
We seek a driven Business Development Associate to support growth initiatives in Abuja. The role involves identifying new markets, conducting market research and competitive analysis, preparing presentations, reports and proposals, and providing administrative support to the Business Development Manager.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business/Administration, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years in banking or related financial services.
- Skills: enthusiasm for sales and emerging markets, basic CRM and research abilities, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn AI tools.
