Job Description
Teamace is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager based in Egbeda (hybrid). The role focuses on driving revenue through new client acquisition, account growth, and positioning digital marketing and creative services.
- Responsibilities: identify and close opportunities, develop proposals and pitches, perform market research, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Requirements: B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; 3–5 years of agency business development experience; strong knowledge of digital advertising, content strategy, and branding; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proactive and results-oriented.
