Job Summary: We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, driving growth in deposits and loans, and expanding our customer base.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in banking or microfinance preferred. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are mandatory.
Salary: ₦150,00 – ₦200,00 gross, commensurate with experience.
