Job Description
We are MEL HR Services, seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in our Luxury Items sector. Your role will involve maximizing the sales team’s potential, creating strategic plans, and presenting these strategies to upper management.
Key Responsibilities: Develop growth objectives, execute business strategies, recruit and coach sales representatives, build customer relationships, and monitor market trends.
Requirements: Minimum of 4 years in business development or sales, proven sales achievements, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
