Job Description
Lekki Gardens Estates Limited is in search of a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive substantial revenue growth. This senior leadership role demands at least 12 years of demonstrated experience in sales management, coupled with outstanding leadership capabilities.
The primary responsibilities encompass formulating strategic sales initiatives, uncovering new business opportunities, mentoring team members, and fostering strong client relationships. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
We offer a competitive salary of NGN 900,00 – 1,200,00 for this full-time position based in Abuja.
