Job Description

Fave Consulting is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives. You will identify opportunities, foster relationships with high-value clients, and drive revenue growth for our HR and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement client acquisition strategies.
• Identify business opportunities through research.
• Represent Fave Consulting at industry events.
• Lead sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with teams to design solutions.

Qualifications: 5+ years in business development, HR knowledge, strong negotiation skills, Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary: N250,00 – N350,00 monthly
