Job Description
Bridges Diagnostics Limited (Lekki Phase 1, Lagos) seeks a Business Development Manager to lead sales and market expansion for our diagnostic services. Reporting to the MD/CEO, you will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts and renewals, identify growth opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams. You will also oversee payment tracking and credit control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10 years’ experience in medical/diagnostic sales with proven results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office
- Full-time role; monthly salary ₦200,00–₦300,00
