Job Description
Bridgemead Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities across the Safety and Security industry. Your strategic thinking and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans to expand market presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
- 4+ years experience in business development (preferred).
- Strong analytical and relationship-building skills.
