Job Description

Spacemould is on the lookout for a motivated and strategic Business Development & Sales Executive to uncover new business opportunities and enhance revenue growth within our design-build and real estate development sectors in Lagos. This position demands a deep understanding of high-value client acquisition, real estate sales, and the innovative positioning of projects.

Location: Lagos (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert leads in the architecture, construction, and residential development fields.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Develop and present persuasive proposals and sales materials.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Development or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in the real estate, design, or construction sectors.
