Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Builder reporting to the Project Manager/Head of Projects to lead residential and commercial construction works in Guzape, Dawaki. Duties include reading plans, supervising labor, managing materials and equipment, enforcing codes and safety, coordinating subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and monitoring quality, budget, schedule, and records.
- Qualifications: National Diploma or Bachelor’s in Building Technology or Construction Management; minimum 3 years’ construction experience; proficiency with project management software; strong knowledge of building codes and leadership ability.
- Preferred: experience in sustainable building practices, AutoCAD/Revit, or construction management certification.
