Job Description
The Bridge For Women Development Initiative (BOWDI) is looking for a committed and meticulous MEAL Officer to join our team in Maiduguri, Borno State. This full-time role within our NGO is essential for enhancing project quality and accountability through robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) practices.
The MEAL Officer will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing BOWDI’s comprehensive MEAL framework. This position plays a vital role in data collection, analysis, and reporting, fostering an environment of impactful learning that is key to the success of our projects.
