Job Description
We are seeking a Branch Support Officer to ensure efficient branch operations and high-quality customer service. Key duties include supporting front-line staff, handling administrative tasks, assisting with cash management, coordinating with headquarters, preparing operational reports, training personnel, and resolving daily operational issues while ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should have an associate degree or diploma and 1–3 years of experience in banking or retail operations. Strong communication, attention to detail, basic MS Office skills, reliability, customer focus, and the ability to perform under pressure are required.
