Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Supervisor to manage daily branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance.
- Supervise and coach staff, prepare schedules, and oversee inventory control.
- Enforce company policies, prepare operational and sales reports, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and meet branch targets.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, basic finance knowledge, proven problem-solving ability, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
