Job Description
Citygate Global Investment Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Enugu team. If you have a strong background in marketing within financial institutions, particularly microfinance, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Relationship Managers to meet sales targets.
- Develop strategies for sales growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct compliance assessments.
- Train Relationship Managers in product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
