Job Description

We are seeking a Board Governance Training Consultant to design and deliver tailored capacity-building for boards and senior leadership, strengthening oversight, strategic decision-making, and fiduciary practice.

  • Assess governance needs and develop curricula, materials, and practical tools.
  • Facilitate workshops, retreats, and one-on-one coaching for board members and executives.
  • Advise on governance policies, performance monitoring, and implementation of best practices.

Qualifications: proven experience in corporate or nonprofit governance, expertise in adult learning and facilitation, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate best practices into actionable resources.
