Job Description
Lush Ovens Ltd., a leading bakery known for high-quality baked goods, is seeking an experienced Bakery Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team of bakers, and collaborate with the distribution team to achieve management targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising staff and ensuring efficient operations.
- Coordinating production schedules.
- Monitoring inventory and records.
- Conducting quality checks.
- Implementing SOPs.
Location: Abuja (Relocation preferred)
Experience: 2 years in the Nigerian bakery industry (Preferred)
