Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bakery Manager to lead the daily operations of our bakery. In this role, you will oversee staff management, uphold product quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bakery operations, including baking processes, inventory management, and staffing.
- Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
- Ensure the quality of baked goods and monitor inventory accurately.
- Provide training for new employees and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Qualified candidates will possess proven experience, strong leadership abilities, and knowledge of baking techniques. A culinary degree is preferred. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₦180,00.00 – ₦200,00.00.
