Job Description

QFA NIGERIA LTD is seeking a dedicated Assistant Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily operations related to sourcing and purchasing materials and supplies. This role involves negotiating prices, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring product quality standards are met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customers.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote operational sales.
  • Review inventory records for accuracy and address storage issues.
  • Coordinate with departments on shipping, receiving, and storage.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels and supply chain data.
  • Manage inventory by ordering goods when supplies are low.
  • Maintain successful relationships with suppliers.
  • Plan and implement supply chain strategies aligned with goals.
