Job Description
Resource Intermediaries Limited is currently in search of an Assistant Project Manager to facilitate the effective delivery of office fit-out and construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all work adheres to the established scope, budget, and timelines while showcasing exceptional coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Communicate with contractors and client representatives.
- Monitor project schedules and key milestones.
- Prepare project-related correspondence and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in construction project coordination.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Salary Range: N300,00 – N400,00 Net Monthly
