Job Description
The CVM Career Company is seeking a highly qualified Assistant Head of Human Resources to become part of our dynamic team in Lagos. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts.
- Managing employee relations and resolving grievances.
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Participating in performance management and training initiatives.
