Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and nurture new leaders to drive growth.
• Engage in field activities, such as prospecting and training sessions.
• Set and monitor sales targets for Brand Partners.
• Conduct regular meetings and training.
• Provide coaching and mentoring during field activities.
• Track and analyze sales KPIs for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales or Customer Service.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦375,00.00 per month
