Job Description
We seek a Business Development Lead to drive growth for our architectural practice by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, preparing compelling proposals, and coordinating with design teams to secure projects. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, conducting market research, managing opportunity pipelines using CRM, and representing the firm at client meetings and industry events.
- Requirements: professional degree in Architecture or related field and 5+ years of business development experience in architecture/A&E firms;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills with a proven sales record;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; willingness to travel; portfolio of successful pursuits preferred.
