Job Description
The Building Practice is seeking a creative and experienced architect to design exceptional buildings and thoughtfully organized structures. The successful candidate will manage projects from the initial client briefing through to construction completion, while fostering strong client relationships and presenting innovative design proposals. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings, specifications, budgets, and leading project teams.
Applicants should have 5 to 10 years of relevant post-NYSC experience, a degree in Architecture, and proficiency in BIM design tools, including Revit and AutoCAD. Registration with ARCON and NIA is advantageous. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work off-site as necessary.
