Job Description

The Change-room, established in 2012, is committed to delivering quality human resource solutions. We are seeking an experienced Agency Manager to drive sales strategies and lead our team in Ikeja, Lagos, on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Set sales targets for the agency
• Manage policy applications, renewals, and claims
• Address escalated client complaints
• Monitor and adjust sales performance
• Conduct audits of agents’ activities
• Analyze performance metrics
• Report to senior management

Requirements:
